My Account


After completing the sign-in process, members can view their account and billing information by selecting My Account in the menu on the left side of the page.

The following links are provided:

My Information
Members can view and update their basic account information which includes: 
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address*
  • User Name*
  • Password
  • Contact Name
  • Payment Methods

*These fields can not be changed.  If you require these fields to change for any reason, please contact Contractorhotdeals.com customer service.

My Balance
Members can view their account balance and account activity.


My Subscription
Members can view their current subscription, view details of other available subscriptions and view any ad credits remaining, if applicable.


My History
Members can view their account history in two formats:

     1. Choose a specific month and year such as February, 2007

             OR 

     2. Select a date range such as 04/01/2006  -  10/31/2006

The History Report consists of the following information:
  • Ad Date
  • Ad Title
  • Fee Type
  • $ Amount


My Feedback
Members can view their feedback information including the following:
  • Feedback Score
  • Positive Feedback Percentage
  • Positive, Neutral and Negative Feedback Scores
  • Specific feedback comments previously received, who from and the date and time posted
