There are two methods that can be used to search for an ad containing the item(s) you may be interested in purchasing:

1. Search by Keyword

Keywords may describe an item’s function or other attribute specific to that item. The more keywords you use, the narrower the search.

Examples:

faucet	- Will search for all types of faucets from all manufacturers
faucet, Delta	- Will search for all types of faucets manufactured only by Delta
kitchen faucet, Delta	- Will search for only Delta kitchen faucets

PLEASE NOTE: The website search engine only searches the Ad Titles. It does NOT search in the body of the ad.

2. Search by Commodity

When using this search method, select the commodity you are interested in viewing from the drop down list provided. This method will identify all the ads containing the commodity selected.

The ads posted on this website are organized as follows:

• First by Major Categories
  • PLUMBING
  • HVACR
  • ELECTRICAL
  • VEHICLES, ETC.
  • TOOLS, ETC.
  • SERVICES
  • ITEMS WANTED

 

• Second by Commodity Family within each Major Category
  Example: PLUMBING (Major Category)
  Fittings (Commodity Family*) Commodity Family is a commodity that contains more specific commodities

 

• Third by Commodity within each Commodity Family
  Example: PLUMBING (Major Category)
  Fittings (Commodity Family)
  PVC Schedule 40 (Commodity*)
